The self-developed software program can fully meet the needs of various types and specifications of laminated glass production lines, and can smoothly accelerate and decelerate the glass during each high-speed transmission process, with good connectivity and no collision or leaving any marks on the glass.



4. The automatic loading platform is divided into single-sided and double-sided single station configurations for loading.



5. The design of the glass cleaning and drying machine is reasonable. The upper brush, rubber roller, and air knife can be raised and lowered simultaneously according to the thickness, with a maximum lift of up to 400mm. The lifting control can be manually controlled or automatically controlled through a thickness measuring device.



6. The automatic pre positioning machine in the lamination room achieves glass conveying and precise positioning of horizontal glass through roller drive, and uses synchronous belt conveying to achieve longitudinal precise positioning. After precise positioning, the automatic suction cup hanger works to suck the pieces for lamination.



7. The automatic suction hanger in the lamination room can easily set the walking position according to the length of the glass, accurately stacking multiple pieces of glass with an error of<± 0.5mm



8. The lamination table is designed with a retractable work table, and the electric PVB film can automatically release and collect the film. The number of film cylinders can be configured with 1-5 rolls of film.



9. The pre press machine has a unique design and extremely high configuration to achieve the initial pressing and forming of glass. The heating area is heated by medium wave far-infrared radiation tubes, and the heating element is automatically adjusted through contactless quick switching through controllable silicon and PWM control, allowing the PVB film to quickly and effectively absorb temperature and heat. At the same time, the main heating area is equipped with a thermal circulation system to promote uniform temperature in the furnace. The pre pressing and final pressing rollers adopt four independent transmission structures and a pressing method of establishing upper pressure through a large cylinder to evenly pressurize and thoroughly exhaust the air between the glass, ensuring that each group of glass is formed without displacement after pressing. The gap adjustment between the two pairs of upper and lower rubber rollers for pre pressing and final pressing can be achieved through manual control or automatic thickness measurement device control.



10. The automatic flipping table at the end can achieve manual and automatic flipping of glass, making it convenient for specialized work to lift glass.



11. Equipped with a computer-controlled high-pressure kettle, using external heating elements and a unique air circulation system and water cooling system, it is safe and reliable, easy to operate, and has a short working cycle time for each kettle.
