Heat Soaking Oven
The heat soaking oven is one of the auxiliary equipment for tempered glass production. The presence of Nickel Sulfide inclusions in tempered glass may cause the spontaneous breakage of the glass sheets. After tempering process, glass is put into the heat soaking oven and most glass containing NiS will shatter during the heat soak testing and so as to eliminate the risk of breakages from the glass project. This process ensures the tempered glass safety, reliability and long-life in industrial, residential and commercial applications.

- The heat soaking oven can work as low-temperature glass glazing oven or curved laminated vacuum pre-pressing oven. Custom design is available according to client's specific requirements.
