Equipment introduction
1, High-efficiency and energy-saving glass cleaning machine
The cleaning and drying machine is a key piece of equipment in the entire line. The upper part can be raised to 400mm as a whole, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The transmission of the three pairs of brush rollers is carried out separately by two motors at the top and two at the bottom
2,Automatic suction cup hanger
It adopts Siemens servo control with high precision. The PLC of the electrical control system uses the Siemens brand.
3, Laminating table
It adopts an openable and closable structure, which is convenient for operators to cut the adhesive film
4, Forced convection roller press
Specially designed for the LOW-E glass, large plate and thick plate glass that are currently difficult to produce in the market, the furnace adopts a forced convection heating method in the form of upper and lower air knives to heat the glass and film, ensuring uniform temperature inside the furnace body. The film can absorb heat more fully, which is energy-saving and efficient. It is most suitable for processing LOW-E glass, large plate and thick plate glass, PVB film, etc. Multiple pieces of glass can be formed by one-time pressing, with the production temperature set between 110 and 160ºC. No other pre-press machine can achieve this function. It features high product yield and high production capacity. The motor of the circulating fan adopts frequency conversion control.
5, Unloading platform
Mechanical flipping is adopted, with the long and short arms arranged alternately to adapt to different glass specifications. The lowest point of the flipped glass is only 200mm above the ground, which is convenient for the operator to move the glass.
6, Combined dust-free room
The structure is constructed by combining steel frames with color steel plates (fireproof, heat-insulating and sound-insulating). The exterior and interior design are perfect, and the decoration is beautiful, fully meeting the dehumidification effect requirements of the combined housing. The temperature in the laminating room is 20±5ºC, the humidity in the laminating room is 25-30%, the cleanliness of the laminating room is 100,000 grade, and the positive pressure in the room is 5-10Pa. Air change rate: 18-25 times.

7, Glass Autoclave
Features
- Energy conservation. Power consumption is 40% lower than traditional autoclaves, but the production cycle is shortened, increasing the energy efficiency.
- Fireproofing. Production processes are in strict accordance with standards and fireproof protection materials are adopted to prevent fire.
- Fast production speed. Type B autoclave is more efficient than traditional glass laminating autoclaves.
- Cleanness. No waste gas or noise pollution is generated to realize cleaner production.
Control system and safety features
- Manual or automatic control type is available and switchable.
- Adjustable operation parameters. User can adjust technical parameters setting according to the amount, size, thickness of glass.
- Manual door safety interlock prevents door operation while the autoclave is pressurized and mechanical safety relief valve automatically relives the pressure in autoclave under over-pressure conditions.
- A pressure sensor/automatic interlock is available to auto disconnect the power supply for opening door while the autoclave is pressurized. The electromagnetic valve automatically exhausts air under overpressure and overtemperature.
- Unless the staggered teeth of door are precisely matched the autoclave won't start.
