Technical characteristics

1) Equipment composition: This machine consists of a feed preheating section, an independent transmission pre pressing section, a heating section I, a heating section II, a heating section III, an independent transmission final pressing section, a discharge section, and an electrical control cabinet. It is used for the initial pressing treatment of glass and film during laminated glass lamination.

2) Frame and appearance: The frame is welded with national standard profiles, thoroughly rust and oil removed by a fully automatic industrial shot blasting machine, and then coated with high-grade paint on the surface for durability. Reasonable color matching and elegant appearance.

3) Transmission system: The main transmission adopts a famous brand worm gear reducer combined with cast steel umbrella gear transmission, with variable frequency speed regulation. Transmission has the characteristics of strong synchronization, stability, reliability, high efficiency, and durability.

4) Roller pressing system: Adopting an independent transmission roller pressing system, the roller pressing is smooth and the effect is stable.

5) Heating system: The heating system adopts a forced convection heating system, with segmented control of heating temperature, precise digital display, and automatic constant temperature function. The heating element adopts an infrared heating tube. Greatly improved heating efficiency, and the comprehensive rolling speed has been increased by more than twice.

6) Lifting system: The heating furnace of this equipment can be separated, and the upper part can be lifted and lowered by 400mm as a whole, which facilitates the cleaning of self exploding glass debris in the furnace and also facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.

7) Electrical control: The motor, fan, conveyor, lighting, lifting mechanism, and other operations in the equipment are controlled through the touch screen panel, with the main drive digital display.
