Automatic laminated glass production line is mainly composed of automatic loading table, glass cleaning and drying machine, transition conveying table (I. II.III), automatic booking machine, automatic sucker hanger, laminated table, motor PVB film spreading machine, prepress machine, hydraulic unloading table, autoclave and other equipment, the line has the following characteristics:
 
1. Complete and effective integrated intelligent control system, and the use of upper computer monitoring PLC centralized control, display and operation.
 
2. The whole line is strictly in accordance with the safety specification level and energy saving standards to R & D, design and production, in the world we can meet the most stringent needs and design special needs of the machine.
 
3. The software program developed by ourselves can fully meet all kinds of laminated glass production lines and specifications, and can make the glass accelerate and decelerate smoothly in each high-speed transmission process, good connection, and the glass does not collide and leave any traces.

9. The prepress has a more unique design and extremely high configuration to achieve the initial pressure synthesis shape of the glass. The heating area is heated by medium wave far-infrared radiation tube, and the heating element is automatically adjusted through the silicon control to realize the fast switching without contact with PWM control, so that the PVB film is heated quickly and well, and the main heating area is equipped with a thermal circulation system to promote the temperature in the furnace to reach a uniform. The pre-pressing and final pressing rolls use four sets of independent transmission structure and press the upper pressure through the large cylinder to uniformly press and completely expel the air between the glass, ensuring that each set of glass is not misaligned after pressing. The adjustment of the gap between the upper and lower roller pairs of pre-pressure and final pressure can be selected by manual control and automatic thickness measuring device automatic control.
 
10. The automatic turning table at the end can realize the manual and automatic turning of the glass, which is convenient for special work to lift the glass.
 
11. Equipped with computer programmed control autoclave, using external wiring heating elements and unique wind circulation system and water cooling system, safe and reliable, easy to operate, each autoclave working cycle time is short.
