The heating area is heated by medium wave far-infrared radiation tube, and the heating element is automatically adjusted through the silicon control to realize the fast switching without contact with PWM control, so that the PVB film is heated quickly and well, and the main heating area is equipped with a thermal circulation system to promote the temperature in the furnace to reach a uniform. The pre-pressing and final pressing rolls use four sets of independent transmission structure and press the upper pressure through the large cylinder to uniformly press and completely expel the air between the glass, ensuring that each set of glass is not misaligned after pressing. The adjustment of the gap between the upper and lower roller pairs of pre-pressure and final pressure can be selected by manual control and automatic thickness measuring device automatic control.
10. The automatic turning table at the end can realize the manual and automatic turning of the glass, which is convenient for special work to lift the glass.
