Product Description

Autoclave is the key equipment of laminated glass production. It binds laminated glass together by heating, pressurizing, cooling and other processes. The equipment consists of two parts: the autoclave body with heating and cooling system and the control system.

2.2.1 With automatic, manual two sets of operating systems. After parameter setting, the whole process automatically runs. It can also be transferred to a manual operating system

2.2.2 The control system can be adjusted, and the user can adjust the process parameters in time according to the actual number and thickness of glass.

2.2.3 Manual interlock and mechanical safety valve are provided to ensure that there is gas in the kettle does not open the door, and the safety valve automatically exhaust after overpressure.

2.2.4 With automatic interlock, the pressure sensor detects the pressure in the kettle and automatically disconnects the motor power supply. Ensure no voltage power supply.
