This machine has horizontal structure,which is composed of feed section, washing section, drying section, bellow and electric control cabinet.The end of drying section equips with static bars to eliminate static electricity on glasses' surface.
Technical characteristics
(1)Body frame: This machine is weld with standard steel and paints to the surface.
(2)Rubber roller: All transfer rollers adopt the diameter of 85 mm durable rubber roller which has full vulcanization and forbids attaching acid liquid.
(3)The upper part: The upper part equips with a stainless steel water pan which has inclined funnel type and a flushing pipe.The part of which attaches water is processed with stainless steel. The bottom of rubber rollers dip into the water, which can pre-wash the surface of glass and prevent dirty things on it from entering washing cabinet and scratching glasses and rubber rollers.
(4)Washing and drying section: Top frame of washing and drying cabinet equipped with high strength screw can be elevated as a whole, which is easy to operate and convenient to clean and maintain.There are two pairs of electric machines driving the brush in the upper and lower part separately.There are three stiff brushes and a soft brush in the upper part. The stiff brush adopts black domestic high temperature resistant nylon filament with the diameter of 0.3mm and the soft brush adopts white imported DuPont nylon filament with the diameter of 0.06mm, which can clean the low-E glass and coated glass. The cylinder will lift the stiff brush and the soft brush still rotates to wash the Low-E glasses, while the cylinder will lift the soft brush and the stiff brush continuously runs to wash the normal glasses.
(5)Drying section: The drying section has rational structure. The bellow frame is on the upper part, which can save the space. The air inlet of the bellow has precision filter screen which is easy to clean. Both the upper and lower part of bellow are made of noise-proof material with large air volume and low noise,which is eco-friendly.There are three pairs of air knives adopting aluminum profile manufacturing technology with Italian design.two pair of them is straight air knives, one oblique air knife.It is especially suitable for supporting use of glass tempering furnace, screen printing line, laminating line etc on highly demanding for cleaning and drying effect.
(6)Transmission Feature: Main transmission adopts bevel gears driving with frequency converter which is stable and durable.
(7)Circulating water system: Water tanks are made of stainless steel plate, which can automatically replenish and overflow water. There is a quick detachable plug to connect the tank with pump.The water tanks are outside the machine and the water filter is equipped at the water pump outlet.
(8)Electric control: The electric machine, draught fan, pump, transmission, illumination, lifting height are controlled by independent buttons. The main transmission adopts frequency converter for speed regulation and the touch screen displays. The whole design is rational, beautiful and easy to operate.
