The machine adopts PLC centralized control, touch screen display and operation. The whole machine is composed of the feeding section+preheating section, heating section I, heating section II, heating section III, independent transmission roll-in section, pull-off section and electric control cabinet. It is used for the initial pressure treatment of laminated glass and PVB film. Imported high temperature resistant rubber rollers are used for uniform rolling to exhaust air. The PVB film in the middle of laminated glass is initially bonded to the glass through preheating, pre-pressurization, heating and pressurization, and the glass is continuously and steadily rolled to eliminate bubbles and achieve firm adhesion.
